Sex Pistols - Anarchy In The UK - one-sided Acetate, with the "Abbey Road / EMI" swirl label. Probably recorded in Wessex Studios, Oct 1976. Possibly one-of-a-kind item, due to the totally different mix of the song, which also clocks at 3:48 instead of 3:36 that's handwritten on the label. Genuine or not ? Difficult to say, no real authenticy is given here, but on the other hand NO known fake acetate of this historical musical item has ever surfaced . Some say this is genuine, some say it aint, but hey ! Isn't it just the way it is when something turns up which no one really thought existed. Anyway it's a rarity.
"Belsen was a gas" is the flipside of "Anarchy in the US". A tough to find bootleg single from 1978, which was pressed in 3 different label colours. This red labeled on is the toughest one to get hold of. Only 10 copies were ever made.
